I hope you and your families are keeping well and wish you a healthy, happy year ahead.
This email is to advise you that the Club's AGM is being held at 7pm on Friday 19th Feb 2021.
Because of the current circumstances the AGM will be held online using Zoom.
In order for you to get an invitation link to the meeting and the relevant paperwork please confirm to me by email before 17th Feb that you want to join the meeting, and confirm the best email address for you.
The Club Committee encourages you to attend as it gives you a chance to influence key decisions on how the Club is run, as well as providing an interesting overview of the Club's finances, and the challenges and opportunities we face.
Please find attached the Agenda for the meeting. You can find the minutes from the 2020 AGM on the Club website. Other AGM paperwork will be shared with those attending on the night.
There are nominations for each of the Club Officer positions but any member is welcome to put themselves forward for any role. Please advise Chris Stanley (chris.stanley04@gmail.com) if you wish to put your name forward.
If you want to help the Club in some capacity but do not want to commit to an Officer position there is scope to help with specific tasks or projects, if so please call Geoff Evans on 07505 102152.
